repoman mirrors (planned)

Forge-side mirror configuration (gitlab_remote_mirror backend) is on the roadmap (Phase 4+). No mirrors subcommands are shipped yet.

When implemented, expect:

• mirrors plan / mirrors sync --write
• mirrors list --json
• mirrors lock --write
